The home has an elevator to all three levels including the lower level family room, main level, and the third floor bed room level with 4 bedrooms. There are a variety of things to do in this area, which include, shopping, theater, great restaurants, kayaking, biking and water sports of all kinds. The property offers, a waterfront gazebo where you can eat crabs or just relax while you enjoy the sweeping water views. Kayaks can be delivered to the property with an easy launch, and bike riders can take advantage of the eastern shore's perfect terrain where you can ride for miles. It is a popular destination for biking events or for leisurely rides.

After a fun filled day, with endless things to do, you may want to just relax in the hot tub or have a swim off the dock. The dock provides good fishing and crabbing, and the perfect vantage point to enjoy the stunning sunsets with a cold drink. Rainy day, no problem. Don't miss the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels where you will find a wealth of information about the Chesapeake Bay area, go shopping, or visit the local winery, and have a great meal at one of the many restaurants. The Oxford-Bellevue ferry is a short walk or bike ride just up the street where the little ones can have fun at the playground. Take your car or your bikes on the ferry ride that will take you to the bucolic village of Oxford where you will find great restaurants, a sandy beach, a fantastic deli, and the famous Scottish Highland Creamery with homemade ice cream. Ask any local, and they will direct you. It is located right behind Capsize restaurant where you can dine on the water...good food, too! Or take a picnic lunch from the deli to the waterfront park with swings and enjoy the lovely Tred Avon River view.
