The fully stocked kitchen and family room are conveniently located to the main entertainment area. Master bedroom and bath are on the first level with two bedrooms, and a full bath upstairs. Relax on the screened in porch and deck where you can watch the boats go by to nearby St. Michaels harbor. Kayaks are available to paddle the creek and the Miles River, and bikes are supplied for a short ride to town.
Have fun fishing and crabbing from the 100' dock with a depth of 7'.Extra slips are available in case you or your guests arrive by sea. Also, we have access to a local crabber if your crew is interested in crabs or in a genuine eastern shore experience crabbing on the boat. Please let us know if interested.

Please note there are two homes on the property. The main house is the subject of this listing. The guest house is 40-50 yards from the main house and is not included in the listing.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
